This face grain cutting board is crafted from book-matched African Mahogany, Curly Maple, and Purpleheart hardwoods.

The term “book-match” refers to the way a particular piece of lumber is milled. After the lumber is ripped or crosscut, the resulting two pieces are separated just like opening a book to reveal a mirror image grain pattern on both of the boards.

Hand holds are routed into the ends and small rubber feet are mounted with stainless steel screws. This board also features a juice groove routed around the top surface.
